Dr Sharad Malavade will be moving and leaving our practice as of August 1, 2023. He will be practicing in Texas. We wish him well on this new journey.

Dr.Ali Hassoun is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He has been serving the Huntsville - Madison community for more than 15 years. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency from NY Medical College and went on to do a Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Long Island Jewish
Dr.Ali Hassoun is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. He has been serving the Huntsville - Madison community for more than 15 years. He completed his Internal Medicine Residency from NY Medical College and went on to do a Infectious Diseases Fellowship at Albert Einstein School of Medicine in Long Island Jewish Medical Center- NY. He has also practiced in Auckland, New Zealand with the Australasian College of Physicians. Currently he is a Clinical Assistant Professor with UAB School of Medicine - Huntsville campus, an adjunct Faculty with UAH nursing school, Director of Infection Control for Huntsville Hospital, Madison Hospital and Crestwood Medical Center. In addition to this, Dr. Hassoun has extensive research experience including presenting manuscripts at local and national scientific meetings as well as writing book chapters. His professional memberships include the American Academy of HIV Medicine, Infectious Diseases Society of America and American College of Physicians.

She has been serving the Huntsville community for more than 11 years, specializes in the treatment of various infectious diseases including HIV/AIDS. She received her MD degree from Dow Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan. She completed her internship and residency at Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York. She went on to complete her fellowship in Infectious Disease and Medical Microbiology at the University of Utah and Affiliated Hospitals.
Dr.Zohra Chaudhry is Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Infectious Disease. She received her MD degree from Lahore Medical and Dental College in Pakistan. She completed her internship and postgraduate training at Henry Ford Hospital Health Systems in Detroit, Michigan.
All new patients please print out and complete the New Patient Packet of paperwork. Bring those forms along with your picutre ID, insurance cards and a list of medications you're currently taking.

For physicians offices referring a patient over to be seen, please fill out the Patient Referral Form below. Fax that to us along with any medical records pertaining to the reason you are referring the patient. We will have our physicians review records and then call patient to schedule the appointment.
